Welcome to ClawdBot Army. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ClawdBot Army services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ClawdBot Army provides virtual private server (VPS) hosting optimized for bot applications. We provide infrastructure, not the bots themselves. You are responsible for your bot code and its behavior.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• Providing accurate billing information

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may NOT use ClawdBot Army services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in spam, phishing, or harassment
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Mine cryptocurrency without explicit permission
• Host content that is illegal, abusive, or harmful
• Attack or disrupt other systems or networks
• Scrape or harvest data without authorization

5. Resource Usage

Your plan includes specific resource allocations. Exceeding these limits may result in service degradation or suspension. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse resources or impact other customers.

6. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly or annually in advance. You agree to:

• Pay all fees when due
• Provide valid payment information
• Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive for 99.9% uptime for all plans and 99.99% for Army Bot plans. Scheduled maintenance is excluded. Credits may be issued for extended outages per our SLA terms.

8. Data and Backups

We perform regular backups as described in your plan. However, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination:

• Access to services will be revoked
• Data may be deleted after 30 days
• No refunds for partial billing periods (except as noted in Refund Policy)

10. Limitation of Liability

ClawdBot Army is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ClawdBot Army harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
