30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new customers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their initial purchase. No questions asked. Simply contact our support team and we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Email support@clawdbot.army with your account email
• Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
• Provide your reason for cancellation (optional, helps us improve)

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for refund:

• First-time customers within 30 days of purchase
• Service outages exceeding SLA guarantees
• Billing errors or duplicate charges

Not eligible for refund:

• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
• Requests made after 30 days from initial purchase
• Renewal payments (cancel before renewal to avoid charges)
• Partial month usage after 30-day period

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. When you cancel:

• Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for future periods
• Data will be retained for 30 days after service ends
• After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted

Pro-rated Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll retain access until your billing period ends.

Annual Plans

Annual plan customers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you can cancel to prevent renewal.

Upgrades and Downgrades

When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the price difference will be credited to your account for future billing.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can usually resolve issues faster through our support team. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
